Your order will be considered confirmed once you have ticked the box to indicate your acceptance of our fee estimate. Once the order is confirmed, we reserve the right to adjust the deadline and/or fee in the event of any significant modification to your initial requirements.


We will do our utmost to meet the deadline agreed in the estimate. Should unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances prevent us from doing so, the customer will be notified immediately and every effort made to minimise any inconvenience.


All our collaborators are bound by a strict code of professional secrecy. The data in your documents will be kept strictly confidential and will in no case be divulged to third parties.


Our translations will be e-mailed to you in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF format (as you prefer).
